Validity of the Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of Lunaria - Nadine Waschewski are essential for all deliveries, services, and offers, regardless of any additional agreements made after the initial collaboration agreement.

 

Validity for customers and definitions of terms

All the services I provide as the service provider of Lunaria are subject to these Terms and Conditions. A customer, as per the terms and conditions in place during the order, is someone who engages in a legal transaction with me for trade, business, professional purposes, or personal requests.

Place of jurisdiction

Lunaria operates in various locations based on the services provided. Nevertheless, the jurisdiction of the legal relationship is determined by Nadine Waschewski's registered address in Freiburg, which is governed by German law.

Important note

In the rest of the Terms and Conditions, the service provider is mentioned either by name or as 'me', which is Nadine Waschewski from Lunaria. Moreover, the customer will be referred to as 'you'.

Prices, payment, due date

My website doesn't show the prices, but I can share them with you via email. If you have any inquiries regarding prices, payment options, or due dates, don't hesitate to contact me directly. It's worth noting that my services are exempt from value added tax according to §19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UstG).

Quote for services and products

The services and products listed on my website are not a legally binding offer. Instead, they are an invitation for you to make a request. You have 7 days to accept the offer, and I kindly ask for your confirmation within a week. If I don't receive a response by the deadline, the offer will no longer be valid. Additionally, once you book a service or order a product, it becomes a binding offer.

Booking options

To book my services or order any products that I have on offer, you have various options to reach out to me, Nadine Waschewski. You can make a request through my website, over the phone, or in person.

The appointment options you requested will be held for you for 48 hours. If you don't confirm your booking within this time, you will lose the option to make an appointment. If you confirm your booking, it means that you are also responsible for paying for the service you have requested.

After I receive your advance payment, your booking will be officially confirmed by me to you. Kindly remember that confirming your booking implies entering into a purchase contract. To ensure a hassle-free process, it is crucial to comply with the specific rules that govern this procedure.


Contract of your booking

Once your booking is confirmed by me to you, it becomes a binding contract (binding offer). A contract is basically an agreement between you and me to work together using the services I provide. It's not a physical contract, but rather a confirmation of your booking through email or phone.

When you make the booking, you are acknowledging that you are of legal age and fully understand the scope of the booking. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before proceeding with your booking. I am here to help you.

 

Advance payments

To secure your booking, please make an advance payment or transfer funds for the requested service. Kindly note that cancelling any bookings or orders at least 48 hours before the appointment will help you avoid a 50% cancellation fee. However, if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. 

  

Cancellation rights

As a customer, you have the freedom to cancel a transaction according to specific guidelines. A customer is an individual who engages in a legal agreement mainly for personal purposes, not for business or professional motives. A customer is considered as such once they have made a reservation for a service or placed an order for a product.

 

Cancellation policy

You can cancel this contract without any reason up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To cancel, simply send me a clear statement through a letter or email stating your decision to cancel the booking.

All contact information can be found at the top of these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, you can make use of the contact form on my website.

All bookings and orders become binding when you decide not to cancel or cancel at the last minute. This includes agreed appointments, including the free preliminary telephone consultation. If you haven't made your payments yet, you will be required to do so.

 

Cancellation fee

You can cancel or reschedule your appointments for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. To avoid any charges, please cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

If you cancel after this time, 50% of the fee will be charged. If you cancel or don't show up within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. Your cancellation will only be considered valid once I confirm that I have received it.

 

Cancellation refund

If you decide to cancel the agreement and give me a 48-hour notice or 24-hour notice before our appointment, I will quickly refund the portion of your payments that you are eligible to receive a refund for.

The refund will be issued within fourteen days after I receive your cancellation notice. It will be transferred using the same payment method you utilized for the initial transaction, unless we agree on a different approach. Rest assured; no fees will be applied for this refund.

  

​Payment reminders

Kindly be informed that in order to secure your booking or order, it is necessary to make the payment in advance. I will send you an email confirming our appointment and providing you with my bank or postal details. If the payment is not received in my account within 14 days, an automated payment reminder will be sent to you via email.

 

Healing effect

It's essential to acknowledge that my services do not guarantee healing, but they can play a positive role in medical treatment and its development. Please remember that my services, whether for your own well-being or for your pet, are not a substitute for the care provided by doctors or veterinarians.

 

Guarantee

The guarantee rules that are legally required apply to the services I offer, to the extent that they are applicable. As mentioned earlier, it is important to understand that my services do not guarantee healing, so you cannot rely on this.

The primary language we will use for our appointments and documents regarding your matter is German, as it is my native language. However, I am also proficient in English and I utilize deepl.com to translate emails and documents when necessary.
